“Life is a race if you don’t go fast you will not be
remembered by anyone”- This type of sentence
often we heard
from our parents. To our parents opinion student life is just like a machine,
for school students they have to rose early in the morning and have to spent
6-7 hours in school, after arriving from school they have to become ready for
their tution classes where they spent their next few hours of the day,till its
not end after reaching home they have to study for the next day. So the entire
day is gone. Nowadays generation has
come that students have to top in career, they have to always get highest marks
in every exams, for these they have to study 18 hours daily. After passing the
primary class,our parents gave instructions to study hard, no here and there,
only study. After passing school-life students think that they will take
admission to co0lleges outside home where they will enjoy their freedom. But
after entering college all their hopes get spoiled. On the first day of college
all professors instruct them “Life is a race, if you don’t go fast, others will
ran away from you”. (#I am mentioning not all colleges, mainly these happens in
engineering colleges but not all so don’t take it serious , there are many
colleges who are not among them). After hearing such type of dialogues, from
the first day only they start for getting full marks in their semester exams.
Here I will give just a small part of
the movie 3idiots.
This type of incident mentioned in
one of the famous film “3 IDIOTS”. This film is mainly based on two students who came
to IMPERIAL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
to get #JOB. I repeat they came here to get #JOB. The name of the two students
were RAJU RASTOGI AND FARHAN QURESHI. First one came because
of the financial condition of their home, he generally came first in his school
exams, so his parents decided to get him admitted to top engineering college.
This became fear on RAJU that he has
to get full marks in his college exam even by memorizing and to get a handsome
salary jobs. Second one FARHAN QURESHI,
he has always a dream to become wildlife photographer, but his parents forced
him to study engineering. So “What
happen to them?”- I think these question arise in your mind. So when they came hostel they face RAGGING which is a
common thing, on that day their third room-mate of their hostel named RANCHOR DAS SHAMAL DAS CHANCHAD came. I
am not relating much about hostel incidents, simply I came to first day of
their college. The fist class was about “CONCEPTS OF MACHINE” so the professor
firstly asked them about definition of machine , third idiot RANCHO had given a very nice answer
based on real examples but the professor make fun of him and the professor warn
him to write only bookish definition if he want to get full marks, in reply
another student named CHATTUR RAMALINGAM
gave a proper bookish definition of machine and the professor applaud him. But
in practical the boy knows nothing of engineering he always become 2nd
in his institute only by memorising. Now talking about RAJU he always got afraid of the studies that’s why he always become last in each exam as well as FARHAN .This incident clearly implies on
todays education system.

On this movie a great example was
given that on the date of TEACHER’S DAY CHATUR was given the job of speaking in front of seminar hall
regarding TEACHER’S DAY on
pure hindi language. Sorry I forget to mention that CHATUR RAMALINGAM was from UGANDA so little slow in hindi. So
chatur made his English speech to hindi language by librarian Dubey, and RANCHO
did mischieve by changing few wprds of the speech. And when
CHATUR go on stage he starts chanting his speech
which is memorized and he is continuously speaking wrong, everyone in the stage
laughing at him, though he can’t understand that he is speaking wrong because
he has just memorized it rather he understood it. It implies that to memorise
anything by knowing the proper meaning and sentence.
Now talking about another incident,
on the felicitation date where all the students got their certificates RANCHO disappears on that day. After 5
years CHATUR gave RAJU and FARHAN RANCHO’S address,
and they go for searching but after reaching on that address they came to know
that their friend RANCHO’S name was not RANCHO.
After interrogating original RANCHORDAS CHANCHAD they came to know that their
friend’s original name is CHOTE and
after hearing all the incident they came to know that their friend come to
college only for gaining knowledge, he got his merit certificate on the name of other.
Further investigating they came to know that his original name was PHUNSUK WANGROO, a famous scientist.
I am no discussing further about the
film, I have also omitted many parts which I have mentioned because I know that
all of you had watch the movie of 3
IDIOTS I am just to relating current
education system with these film.
